Based out of Nashville, Alie is an Emmy-Nominated Producer, Event Director, and Community Organizer.
She has a diverse background in TV & film production, tech media, talent relations and creating events.
Her journey has crossed multiple facets of the creative industry with a start in Docu-Series Television. There, she worked as a Development Producer at multiple production houses to grow her career into collaborations with some of medias most exciting platforms like Netflix, Verizon, HBO, National Geographic and Microsoft. Her work evolved into producing tentpole campaigns that extended beyond production itself, encompassing large-scale events, social media strategy, and public relations. After a period of experimenting on her own, Alie launched her event agency. Ragana's birth was fueled by her love for authenticity and community. Her vision is to implement her background in storytelling with her thirst for truth to create uniquely formatted gatherings.
She believes when people come together, they can do anything.
Alie grew up in a rural orchard- town in Southern California. She spent much of her childhood with her Lithuanian grandmother. Elena aka Močiutė (mo-CHOO-teh) passed on that matriarchal magic of fur coats, self love, a passion for the natural world, and the importance of living a full life that makes for a damn good story.
Alie has lived in San Francisco, New York, and Los Angeles. She has a loud laugh and an immense amount of respect and pride for a good outfit. When she's not snacking, she's likely being bossed around by her two kittens, Dash and Blue.
